Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Leadership Role In A Healthcare Setting.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Healthcare Regulations And Policies, Including Hipaa And Joint Commission Standards.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Lead And Collaborate With A Diverse Team.

  • Proven Track Record Of Driving Quality Improvement Initiatives And Managing Patient Care Operations To Achieve High Levels Of Patient Satisfaction.
