1. Provide spiritual care and support to patients, families, and staff in a hospital setting.
2. Offer emotional and spiritual guidance to individuals in times of crisis, grief, and illness.
3. Conduct prayer services, religious rituals, and other spiritual ceremonies as needed.
4. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to address the spiritual needs of patients.
5. Offer spiritual counseling and support to patients of all faiths and beliefs.
6. Develop and maintain relationships with local faith communities and clergy.

9. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical and professional standards.
10. Keep records of spiritual care provided and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
11. Participate in on-call duties and respond to spiritual emergencies.
12. Support and promote the hospital's mission and values.
13. Continuously work towards personal and professional growth and development.
14. Stay updated on current trends and practices in spiritual care.
