We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as the Administrative Director, Operations. As the leader of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in driving the success and growth of our organization. We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with a strong background in healthcare administration and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.   1. Develop and implement strategic plans to drive the success and growth of the organization's operations department.
  2. Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the organization, ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of all departments.
  3. Provide direction and guidance to the operations team, setting clear goals and expectations for performance.
  4. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and effective communication among team members.
  5. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including physicians, staff, and community partners, to support organizational goals and initiatives.
  7. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and organizational policies.
  8. Manage the budget and resources of the operations department, making strategic decisions to optimize financial performance.
  9. Identify and implement process improvements to streamline operations and enhance the overall patient experience.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in healthcare administration, and use this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement within the organization.
  11. Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and execute long-term goals and objectives for the organization.
  12. Serve as a role model for the organization's core values and promote a culture of compassion, excellence, and faith.
  13. Handle any escalated issues or concerns, demonstrating effective problem-solving skills and professionalism.
  14. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching and development opportunities for team members.
  15. Represent the organization at community events and participate in outreach initiatives to raise awareness and promote the organization's mission.

Job Qualifications
