  1. Conduct regular audits and reviews of the 340B program to ensure compliance with regulations and guidelines.
  2. Monitor and analyze all aspects of the 340B program, including inventory, purchasing, and utilization data, to identify areas for improvement and ensure program integrity.
  3. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including pharmacy, finance, and compliance teams, to develop and implement strategies for maintaining compliance and optimizing program performance.
  4. Serve as a subject matter expert on 340B regulations and guidelines, staying up-to-date on any changes or updates and communicating them effectively to relevant parties.
  5. Develop and maintain documentation and standard operating procedures for the 340B program to ensure consistency and accuracy in program operations.
  6. Conduct trainings and educational sessions for employees involved in the 340B program to increase understanding and adherence to program requirements.
  7. Review and approve all 340B program-related contracts, agreements, and policies to ensure compliance with regulations.
  8. Identify and report any potential compliance risks or issues, and work with appropriate parties to develop and implement corrective action plans.
  9. Serve as the main point of contact for external auditors and government agencies conducting audits or investigations related to the 340B program.
  10. Continuously evaluate program performance and provide recommendations for improvement to leadership, backed by data and analysis.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Pharmacy, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In 340B Program Compliance Or Related Healthcare Compliance Role.

  • Knowledge Of 340B Program Regulations, Policies, And Procedures.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills With The Ability To Interpret Complex Data And Identify Compliance Issues.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Various Stakeholders And Present Compliance Findings To Management.
