Talent Acquisition Integration Specialist
We are seeking a talented TA Integration Specialist to ensure the accuracy and completeness of data between internal/external database systems. This position is responsible for data entry, auditing and validating data, and providing administrative and hiring support for the larger Advantage Talent Services group. Audit and validate data to ensure data matches client needs and specifications. Coordinate the distribution of materials between Advantage Talent Services, business partners, and external clients. Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing data. Review and approve Federal Form I-9s, and resolve issues. Fix Onboarding issues to ensure local, state, and federal compliance. Process the hiring of candidates through the company’s Applicant Tracking System.
1-3 years of experience working in a professional office environment.
1-3 years of Human Resources, Talent Acquisition or Recruiting experience preferred.
