Job Description

Advantage Solutions is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Retail Merchandiser Team Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will have a passion for customer service and an eye for detail, as well as an aptitude for leading a team. The Retail Merchandiser Team Lead will be responsible for managing a team of Merchandisers and ensuring that all clients' expectations are met and exceeded.The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience in the retail merchandising space, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage a team of Merchandisers. Furthermore, the successful candidate will have the ability to troubleshoot, problem solve, and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and manage a team of Merchandisers to ensure client expectations are met and exceeded.
  2. Monitor and assess performance of Merchandisers to ensure objectives are achieved.
  3. Provide effective communication and feedback to the team on their performance.
  4. Develop and implement strategies to maximize efficiencies and minimize costs.
  5. Troubleshoot and problem-solve potential issues in a timely manner.
  6. Make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  7. Work closely with clients to ensure their needs are met.
  8. Keep up to date with industry trends and advancements.
  9. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  10. Schedule and coordinate team meetings and training sessions.
