Advantage Solutions is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Retail Merchandiser Team Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will have a passion for customer service and an eye for detail, as well as an aptitude for leading a team. The Retail Merchandiser Team Lead will be responsible for managing a team of Merchandisers and ensuring that all clients' expectations are met and exceeded.The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience in the retail merchandising space, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage a team of Merchandisers. 10. Schedule and coordinate team meetings and training sessions.
