Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and interview potential candidates for open positions.
- Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including onboarding of selected candidates.
- Develop meaningful relationships with hiring managers to ensure successful onboarding.
- Maintain a database of resumes and track progress of candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Monitor the recruitment market and stay informed of industry trends.
- Collaborate with other departments to identify and prioritize hiring needs.
- Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and procedures.
- Provide regular updates on recruitment progress to stakeholders.
- Participate in job fairs, recruitment drives, and other events to identify and recruit potential candidates.
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies that attract top talent.
