Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Customer Sales Manager to join our team at Advantage Solutions. The ideal candidate will be an experienced professional with a background in sales and customer service, and the ability to exceed expectations.The Customer Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with our customers, as well as providing superior customer service, and playing a vital role in driving sales growth. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and maintain relationships with customers, providing superior customer service.
  2. Handle all customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner.

  4. Use customer relationship management (CRM) software to track customer interactions and sales.
  5. Analyze customer data to identify opportunities for sales growth.
  6. Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

  8. Participate in sales meetings and provide feedback on sales strategies and customer service.
  9. Track customer interactions and sales performance to identify areas for improvement.
  10. Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices.
