
Recruiting Supervisor
At Advanced Technology Services (ATS), we are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Recruiting Supervisor to join our team. Our ideal candidate is an organized and detail-oriented professional with excellent communication and people skills. To be successful in this role, you must have a strong understanding of recruitment practices, an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and excellent time management skills. The Recruiting Supervisor will be required to have a minimum of three years of recruiting experience, preferably in a supervisory capacity, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.We are seeking an individual who is passionate about helping ATS find and hire the best talent and who can help us develop recruitment strategies to effectively meet our organizational goals. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet organizational goals
- Manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously
- Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates for open positions
- Utilize various recruiting tools and techniques to attract top talent
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential candidates
- Maintain records of recruitment activity and provide regular updates to senior management
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations related to recruitment
- Provide guidance and assistance to hiring managers
- Monitor and evaluate recruitment metrics and make recommendations for improvement
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources
Business Administration
Or A Related Field
