Post Production Support Engineer

Post Production Support Engineer provides both first and second line support including Video Edit, Graphics and Audio edit; diagnose and resolve issues with all aspects of the post production and storage environments. Effectively document problems and their resolutions. Work with the team to plan upgrades for all Post Production systems, advising on systems enhancements and workflow development as required. Assist other VICE Media Tech staff with technical upgrades and new installations, in conjunction with 3rd party integrators and other third party providers. Work with the IT team to ensure desktop and broadcast infrastructure work seamlessly together. Work with key manufacturers and support vendors to achieve an appropriate level of service for the VICE lines of business. Undertake preventative maintenance to ensure maximum system availability whilst managing and documenting the maintenance cycle.
