Key responsibilities will include researching the subject matter deeply (how to be a successful content creator on the web), pitching content ideas, drafting original content, interviewing members of the community, editing incoming content from partners, maintaining a content calendar, and reporting on success/opportunities for growth. Develop 2-3 blogs a week with the goal of engaging web creators and expanding our community. Pitch content ideas to stakeholders on a weekly basis. Influencer research and outreach, with the goal of co-creating content/securing guest authors. Manage image/video creation for blogs as needed. With other key stakeholders, evolve, evangelize, and uphold the program brand. Analyze blog stats on a weekly basis, flagging “hits” and “misses” to key stakeholders. Work closely with the social media content strategist to ensure blogs are resonating with our social audience. Report on success/learnings to program stakeholders on a quarterly basis.
