Associate Video Producer

Work with clients and/or a producer to develop impactful media to further the clients goals. Assist the development of scripts, storyboards, project briefs, etc. Ensure all pre-production work is complete including scripts, Google Drive project folders, and any documents required for production to begin. Utilize standardized project management tools to maintain workflow across the lifespan of a project. Produce videos & video series from end to end under the direction of a producer/ senior producer. Update production calendars for team visibility into shoot schedules and crew needs. Work with production and post-production leads to ensure your videos are scheduled and staffed appropriately. Feedback on design components of each project. Feedback on post production of each project, and provide project briefs and editorial feedback to the post-production team. Understand all steps of the pre-production, production, post-production, and publishing process to properly communicate needs and vision to all staff.
