Job Description

Serve as the primary liaison with ADT team members to ensure world-class partner experience. Grow partnerships to drive install volume and profitability through contract and financial models, performance and creative optimization, relationship management, and account strategy. Review business results and primary metrics daily. Partner with the Manager of Partnerships, finance, and analytics team to identify opportunities. Includes compliance support, compensation needs, escalated customer service issues, compliance, and campaign management for assigned accounts and channels. Develop and deliver training, communication, and coaching to Business Partners. Develop analytical tools and processes to support Partners objectives and decision-making.

Job Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of experience and success leading major accounts in the Direct to Consumer vertical.

  • Experience in lead generation, account management, and consumer marketing preferred.

  • Collaborative team player who places a high priority on internal and external customer service.
