
Digital Content Strategy, Specialist
Conceptualize, ideate and develop new content against ADT’s content strategy, timely relevant and can be utilized across multiple channels in the organization. Lead content development across ADT’s UI experience, including e-commerce and digital communications. Own ADT.com’s Resource Center and develop content that follows ADT’s content strategy to increase traffic quality by creating entertaining, engaging and informative content, working with the technical SEO team and following best practices. Audit digital content experiences and identify improvements on an ongoing basis. Create and manage a content marketing calendar to ensure content in digital experience align all to ADT’s evergreen and go-to-market, content strategy and resources, identifying opportunities to repurpose other teams’ content across channels. Act as a content strategy ambassador, consulting and collaborating with other content teams across integrated marketing to collaborate and share best practices.
3+ years of marketing or relative experience.
Experience in social media and/or engaging content is preferred.
Hands-on experience with Content Management Systems (e.g. WordPress, AEM).
High familiarity with SEO, lead-nurturing programs and e-commerce.
