Job Description

Track and shift labor as required based on volume. Issue and post productivity tracking reports. Coaching and mentoring new employees. May also be required to perform daily functions such as including but not limited to rack loading, Selecting, Inflating, Utility, and Packing. Must learn all key system components/programs affiliated with job (KSA, MARC). Will run daily operations in absence of hourly supervisor as directed by manager. When giving direction to employees, will do so professionally and timely.
