- Maintain and organize inventory levels to ensure all products are readily available for customers.
- Receive and process shipments of new merchandise, checking for accuracy and quality.
- Restock and replenish merchandise on the sales floor in a timely and efficient manner.
- Ensure all products are properly labeled and tagged with accurate pricing information.
- Monitor and report any inventory discrepancies or issues to management.
- Assist with visual merchandising and store layout changes to optimize product visibility.
- Keep storage areas and backroom organized and tidy to facilitate efficient stock retrieval.
- Collaborate with sales associates and management to anticipate and fulfill product needs.
- Follow safety and security procedures to protect company assets and merchandise.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of all Adidas products, including new releases and promotions.
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting with product inquiries and locating items.
- Actively participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on company policies and procedures.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and standards for professionalism and dress code.
- Continuously strive to meet and exceed sales goals and contribute to the overall success of the store.

High School Diploma Or Equivalent: A Minimum Educational Requirement For A Stock Associate, Part-Time Job At Adidas Is A High School Diploma Or Ged. This Shows Basic Knowledge And Understanding Of Academic Concepts That Are Essential For The Job.
Prior Retail Experience: Prior Experience In A Retail Setting, Preferably In A Stock Or Inventory Role, Is Preferred For This Position. This Experience Demonstrates An Understanding Of The Retail Industry And The Ability To Handle Merchandise In A Fast-Paced Environment.
Strong Organizational Skills: A Stock Associate, Part-Time Should Possess Strong Organizational Skills To Effectively Manage Inventory And Maintain Stock Levels. This Includes The Ability To Accurately Count And Track Merchandise, As Well As Maintain A Neat And Organized Stock Room.
Physical Stamina: This Job Requires Physical Stamina As It Involves Standing For Long Periods, Lifting And Carrying Heavy Boxes, And Moving Merchandise Around The Store. A Stock Associate, Part-Time Should Be Physically Fit And Able To Handle The Physical Demands Of The Job.
Team Player Attitude: A Stock Associate, Part-Time Should Have A Positive Attitude And Be A Team Player. This Position Requires Working Closely With Other Team Members, Such As Sales Associates And Managers, To Ensure The Smooth Operation Of The Store.
