- Lead a team of retail associates to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.
- Train and develop team members on product knowledge, sales techniques, and company policies.

- Ensure that all store operations and procedures are followed accurately and efficiently.

- Conduct regular meetings with the team to communicate goals, expectations, and updates.
- Participate in the hiring and onboarding process for new team members.

Previous Retail Experience: The Ideal Candidate For A Retail Team Lead Job At Adidas Should Have At Least 2-3 Years Of Experience Working In A Retail Environment, Preferably In A Leadership Or Supervisory Role. This Experience Should Include Knowledge Of Customer Service, Sales Techniques, Inventory Management, And Visual Merchandising.
Strong Leadership Skills: As A Retail Team Lead, The Candidate Should Possess Strong Leadership Skills And Be Able To Effectively Manage And Motivate A Team Of Sales Associates.
