3. Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and meet store targets, including but not limited to product knowledge training, visual merchandising, and customer engagement techniques.
4. Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, and make necessary adjustments to optimize store performance.
5. Foster a positive and motivational work environment by promoting teamwork, open communication, and a strong sense of camaraderie among team members.
6. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including but not limited to inventory management, cash handling, and store operations.
7. Collaborate with other Team Leads and store management to ensure consistency and alignment in store operations and customer experience.
8. Act as a brand ambassador by embodying the Adidas values and promoting a positive image of the company within the store and in the community.
9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market competition, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
10. Continuously seek ways to enhance the customer experience and provide feedback to management on potential areas of improvement.
11. Assist with recruitment, training, and onboarding of new team members.
12. Handle escalated customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
13. Take on additional responsibilities and projects as assigned by store management.
