  1. Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service by listening to and addressing customers' needs and concerns.
  3. Assist customers with finding products, making recommendations, and completing purchases.
  4. Maintain a clean and organized store environment to enhance the customer shopping experience.
  5. Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point of sale system.
  6. Stay up-to-date on all Adidas products, promotions, and company policies to effectively communicate with customers.
  7. Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed sales goals.
  8. Continuously seek opportunities to improve and enhance the customer experience.
  9. Participate in ongoing training and development programs to stay knowledgeable about company products and procedures.
  10. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
  11. Assist with inventory management and restocking merchandise as needed.
  12. Embody the Adidas brand by maintaining a positive and enthusiastic attitude and promoting teamwork and inclusivity.
  13. Continuously strive to achieve personal and team sales targets.
  14. Handle customer complaints and escalations professionally and efficiently.
  15. Maintain a professional and neat appearance at all times.
