- Maintain a clean and organized store environment to ensure a positive shopping experience for customers.
- Have a strong knowledge of Adidas products, including features, benefits, and pricing.
- Actively promote and sell products to meet or exceed sales goals.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
- Ensure proper merchandising and visual presentation of products in accordance with company standards.
- Proactively seek out and resolve any customer complaints or concerns.
- Keep up-to-date with current trends and developments in sports and fashion to provide fashion advice and product recommendations to customers.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and objectives.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and attend training sessions as required.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures and comply with all safety and security standards.
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment.
- Participate in store events and promotions as needed.
