  1. Lead and manage a team of sales associates in a fast-paced retail environment.
  2. Set sales targets and KPIs for the team and motivate them to achieve and exceed these goals.
  3. Monitor and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase sales.
  4. Ensure all employees are trained and knowledgeable about Adidas products and can provide exceptional customer service.
  5. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by promptly addressing any issues or concerns.
  6. Create and maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere for customers and employees.
  7. Oversee the visual merchandising and presentation of products in the store to enhance the retail experience.
  8. Collaborate with other departments and teams to ensure efficient store operations and excellent customer service.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor strategies to make recommendations for improvement.
  10. Uphold company policies and procedures and ensure compliance with all retail regulations.
  11. Foster a culture of teamwork, positivity, and continuous improvement within the team.
  12. Handle any employee conflicts or performance issues in a timely and professional manner.
  13. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to employees.
  14. Manage inventory levels and ensure proper stock management to meet customer demands.
  15. Represent the Adidas brand and maintain a strong brand image in all interactions with customers and employees.

Job Qualifications

  • Strong Leadership Skills: A Retail Lead At Adidas Must Possess Exceptional Leadership Skills And Be Able To Effectively Manage And Motivate A Team Of Sales Associates.

  • Retail Experience: Candidates For This Role Should Have Previous Experience Working In A Retail Environment, Preferably In A Leadership Role. They Should Be Familiar With Retail Operations, Customer Service, And Sales Techniques.

  • Knowledge Of Adidas Products: As A Retail Lead At Adidas, It Is Important To Have A Thorough Understanding Of The Company's Products, Including Their Features, Benefits, And Target Audience. This Knowledge Will Enable The Lead To Effectively Train And Educate Their Team On The Products.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Effective Communication Is Crucial In A Retail Environment, And A Retail Lead Must Be Able To Communicate Clearly And Effectively With Both Customers And Team Members. They Should Also Be Able To Provide Feedback And Address Any Issues That Arise.

  • Attention To Detail: A Retail Lead At Adidas Must Have A Keen Eye For Detail To Ensure That The Store Is Always Well-Stocked, Visually Appealing, And Adhering To Company Standards. They Should Also Be Able To Identify And Address Any Operational Or Merchandising Issues.
