Adidas is looking for a dynamic and ambitious Retail Assistant Store Manager to join our team and help drive our store to success. We are seeking an individual who is passionate about sales, customer service, and retail operations. The ideal candidate will bring energy and enthusiasm to the store, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and possess strong leadership and team-building skills.To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a retail management role, preferably in a fashion/lifestyle/sporting goods environment. You must also possess excellent interpersonal communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. A Bachelor's degree in business or related field is preferred.
