6. Uphold company policies and procedures regarding customer service, sales, and loss prevention.
7. Collaborate with team members to ensure the store is adequately staffed and tasks are completed in a timely manner.
8. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional and timely manner.
9. Keep up-to-date with product knowledge, promotions, and company initiatives to effectively communicate to customers.
10. Participate in store events and promotions to drive sales and promote the Adidas brand.
11. Adhere to all safety and security protocols to ensure the safety of customers, employees, and merchandise.
12. Maintain a positive and professional attitude, representing the Adidas brand and values at all times.
13. Continuously seek opportunities for personal and professional development.
14. Meet and exceed sales targets and other performance metrics set by the company.
15. Any other duties as assigned by the Store Manager or Assistant Manager.
