  1. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Promote and sell Adidas products to customers, utilizing knowledge of product features and benefits.
  3. Maintain a clean and organized store environment by restocking shelves, arranging displays, and keeping the sales floor tidy.
  4. Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the store's point-of-sale system.
  5. Be knowledgeable about current sales and promotions, and effectively communicate them to customers.
  6. Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales goals and provide a positive shopping experience for customers.
  7. Continuously learn about Adidas products and services, and share this knowledge with customers and team members.
  8. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  9. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including but not limited to, cash handling, inventory management, and loss prevention.
  10. Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance job knowledge and skills.
  11. Maintain a positive attitude and embody the Adidas culture of teamwork, creativity, and innovation.
  12. Take initiative to complete tasks and assist team members in daily operations.
  13. Follow all safety and security protocols to ensure a safe and secure work environment.
  14. Represent the Adidas brand and values at all times.
  15. Assist with visual merchandising and ensuring the store is visually appealing to customers.
  16. Be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
