  1. Greet and welcome customers to the Adidas store in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with their inquiries and needs.
  3. Learn and stay updated on Adidas products, including features, benefits, and pricing.
  4. Help customers find the right products for their needs and make recommendations based on their preferences.
  5. Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the store's point-of-sale system.
  6. Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves and tidying up displays.
  7. Attend and participate in training sessions to continually improve knowledge of Adidas products and customer service skills.
  8. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a positive and seamless shopping experience for customers.
  9. Follow all store policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
  10. Maintain a positive and enthusiastic attitude while representing the Adidas brand.
