
Manager, Market Analysis
Analyze internal and third-party data, and conduct desk research to identify compelling industry and competitor insights and trends. Recommend how the market research can be used to improve our North America business. Create bi-weekly research reports that cover industry news, macro environment, competitor earnings results, and deep dive into critical topics. Support ad-hoc market research requests by the leadership team. Manage relationship with external data vendors (e.g., NPD). Create high-quality actionable market/competitor insights to support business decisions. Create reports to track progress towards our strategy, including the Weekly Scoreboard. Take notes, consolidate action items, and drive the meeting agendas for all SLT Meetings.
Strong interest and ability in quantitative and qualitative market research
Minimum 2 years of market research, consulting, strategy, or investment banking.
Experience in the sporting goods industry is a plus.
