Flow Manager

Manage shift leaders / flow managers and the material flow in the Distribution Center and be accountable for achieving all quality, throughput, service level and productivity targets. Ensuring a constant order flow to utilize labor and equipment in a high productive way and ensure fulfillment of key SLAs. Maintain full working knowledge of the WCS and WMS platforms. Manage the collection, reporting and feedback regarding operations functions using the system and tools. Report on operations metrics to evaluate DC performance in productivity, quality, and safety with clear focus on continuously defining actions and measure to drive improvements. Maintain all OSHA safety standards including all reporting of accidents, injuries, damages, and potential threats to safety. Communicate effectively with all Teams within the DC ensuring that short term targets are achieved, and necessary long-term improvements are shared and aligned.
