Distribution Lead - Inventory Control

Collaborate with Operation Supervisor to lead a team of up to 50 hourly associates. Utilize warehouse tools, including radio frequency hand held units (“RF Guns”) and computer kiosks, to update transactions within the warehouse management system (WMS) and log activities in the Labor Management (LM) module. Train and coach associates to achieve all operational goals and service levels. Mentor and develop teammates to perform better in their current roles while preparing them for future career opportunities. Supports the operations leadership team by contributing to labor allocation, leading meetings, assigning job duties, coaching for success, creating a safe & collaborative work environment, and driving process improvement. Contribute to maintaining a safe and orderly working environment. Identify, report, and follow up on any property damage or safety concerns.
