Job Description

At Activision, we are looking for a passionate and experienced Principal Data Scientist, Live Ops Analytics to lead our data-driven insights and strategies. As the Principal Data Scientist, Live Ops Analytics, you will lead a team in developing data-driven strategies to optimize user engagement, monetization and retention across our live games. This is an exciting role for a data-driven leader who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, using data to drive business decisions.This role requires a minimum of 8 years of experience in data science, analytics, or a related field. An advanced degree in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or other related field is required. Experience in game analytics, A/B testing, and machine learning is highly desirable. You must have a proven track record of leading teams, creative problem-solving, and strong communication skills.This role will require an individual with the ability to think strategically, identify and leverage data to gain insights, and develop data-driven strategies to drive our live game business.
