Job Description

Work with key stakeholders and end users to effectively determine needs and define/document business requirements. Support and lead system projects and enhancement requests, including gathering requirements, assisting in design and development, and coordinating testing, training, and implementation. Understand existing reporting requirements and solutions, and propose consistent solutions to new requests Maintain documentation on key systems and processes. Facilitate system governance activities. Maintain the Chart of Accounts. Support system users through training, creating training manuals and guides, answering questions regarding system logic and assumptions, and communicating system activities. Maintain excellent working relationship with IT and business.
