Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Expert Gameplay Engineer to join Treyarch at Activision! As a core member of the Treyarch team, this individual will bring a passion for video games and a technical background to help drive the development of cutting-edge gameplay features. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of game engine architecture, complex data structures, and a proven track record of creating and shipping gameplay features in a AAA title. If you are a seasoned engineer with the skills and drive to propel the art of game design to the next level, we want to hear from you!Required qualifications:• 5+ years of software engineering experience, preferably in a game development environment• Thorough understanding of game engine architecture and data structures• Experience shipping a AAA title with a focus on gameplay engineering• Excellent problem solving and communication skills• Ability to work collaboratively with a cross-functional team• Experience developing on console platforms, such as Xbox, PlayStation, or Nintendo Switch
