Job Description

Investigate and resolve production related issues in a timely manner per SLAs. Be responsible for ticket management, determining root cause and implementing corrections. Deliver high-quality, scalable and cost-effective solutions that meet business requirements while conforming to architectural designs and technology strategies. Be a technology subject matter expert. Partner with technology stakeholders as well as clients to both address issues and recommend/implement enhancements. Identify and mitigate risks to the service delivery and proactively address and resolve issues before they impact service levels. Implement continuous improvement on existing technical solutions. Develop and maintain technical documentation to help ensure that support can be efficiently performed, and the impact of future requests can be assessed. Monitor and maintain interfaces between Workday and internal/external vendor systems.

Job Qualifications

3+ years working in a Workday production support environment supporting Workday integrations
Working knowledge of BIRT strongly preferred
Working knowledge of Workday EIB, RaaS, and Web Services.
Good knowledge of HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting, Talent Management, Time Tracking, Absence Management
Good understanding of integration design and testing concepts and integration frameworks
