Manage and execute revenue recognition processes in accordance with GAAP and company policies.
Analyze and review revenue contracts to ensure accurate and timely recognition.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Legal, and Finance to understand and evaluate revenue arrangements.
Prepare and maintain revenue-related journal entries and reconciliations.
Monitor and analyze revenue trends and variances, identifying and addressing any discrepancies.
Assist in the month-end and year-end close process, providing accurate and timely revenue-related information.
Develop and maintain revenue-related policies and procedures to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
Participate in the implementation and improvement of revenue recognition processes and systems.
Provide support for internal and external audits related to revenue recognition.
Stay updated on new revenue accounting standards and communicate any changes or updates to relevant stakeholders.
Train and mentor junior team members on revenue accounting processes and procedures.
Collaborate with the finance team to prepare revenue forecasts and provide insights on revenue trends.
Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness in revenue accounting.
Proactively communicate with management on potential risks or issues related to revenue recognition.
Uphold a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all revenue accounting activities.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Revenue Accounting, Preferably In The Gaming Or Entertainment Industry.
Knowledge Of Gaap And Sec Regulations Related To Revenue Recognition.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Resolve Complex Accounting Issues.
Experience With Revenue Accounting Software, Such As Sap Or Oracle, And Proficiency In Microsoft Excel.
