Are you a passionate Senior Software Engineer with a deep understanding of game services? Activision Blizzard is looking for an experienced software engineer to join our team as a Senior Software Engineer, Game Services. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, deploying, and maintaining game services that support our titles and facilitate our players' experiences.We’re looking for a technically savvy individual with a passion for game services who is eager to work with a talented and creative team. The ideal candidate for this position should have a strong background in software engineering, with the ability to design, develop, and debug complex game services. If you’re ready to take your career to the next level, we want to hear from you!Required Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field• Demonstrated experience developing game services for a live service• 5+ years of software engineering experience• Ability to design and develop services for large-scale, high-availability environments• Experience with distributed systems, micro services, and cloud technologies• Knowledge of C++ and/or Python• Experience with message queuing systems and data storage systems• Understanding of game industry trends and technologies
