
Senior Manager, External DE&I Efforts

As a Senior Manager, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing strategies to drive diversity and inclusion across all aspects of our business. - Develop and implement DE&I strategies: Develop and implement comprehensive strategies that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion across all aspects of the company, including hiring, retention, and promotion processes.
- Lead external DE&I efforts: Serve as the primary point of contact for external DE&I initiatives, partnerships, and collaborations, representing the company's commitment to diversity and inclusion.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders: Work closely with HR, leadership, and other internal stakeholders to ensure DE&I initiatives are aligned with business goals and integrated into company culture.
- Conduct trainings and workshops: Design and deliver trainings and workshops to educate employees and leaders on DE&I best practices and promote a more inclusive workplace.
- Analyze and report on diversity metrics: Collect and analyze data related to diversity, equity, and inclusion and provide regular reports to leadership, identifying areas for improvement and recommending action plans.
- Stay current on DE&I trends: Stay informed on the latest trends and research in DE&I and apply best practices to continuously improve the company's efforts.
- Drive accountability: Hold leadership and teams accountable for achieving DE&I goals and objectives and provide guidance and support to ensure progress is made.
- Foster a culture of inclusion: Foster a culture where diversity and inclusion are valued and celebrated, creating a sense of belonging for all employees.
- Develop employee resource groups: Work with employee resource groups to support their initiatives and provide resources to promote diversity and inclusion within the company.
- Represent the company: Act as a spokesperson for the company's DE&I efforts, participating in industry events and conferences to showcase the company's commitment to diversity and inclusion.
Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Diversity, Equity, And Inclusion (De&I) Roles, With At Least 5 Years In A Leadership Or Senior Management Position.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Developing And Implementing De&I Initiatives Within A Large, Multinational Organization, Preferably In The Gaming Or Tech Industry.
Extensive Knowledge And Understanding Of Current De&I Trends, Best Practices, And Industry Standards.
Strong Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Internal And External Stakeholders, Including Diverse Employee Resource Groups And Community Organizations.
Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field, Such As Human Resources, Organizational Development, Or Social Sciences. Advanced Degree Or Certifications In De&I Management Or Diversity Training Is Preferred.
