Ensure data accuracy and reliability by implementing and maintaining quality control processes.
Develop and maintain data pipelines and systems to support data ingestion, processing, and analysis.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve data issues.
Monitor and troubleshoot data systems to identify and resolve any issues in a timely manner.
Develop and maintain documentation and best practices for data reliability and integrity.
Participate in design and code reviews to ensure data quality and maintainability.
Identify and implement improvements to data processes to increase efficiency and reliability.
Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and trends in data engineering and reliability.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior data engineers.
Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to understand data needs and ensure data integrity for analysis and reporting.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand data requirements and provide solutions.
Proactively identify potential risks and implement solutions to mitigate them.
Participate in on-call rotations to provide support for data systems outside of business hours.
Continuously monitor and optimize data systems for performance and scalability.
Uphold company data privacy and security policies and procedures.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Computer Science, Engineering, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Similar Role, Preferably In The Gaming Or Technology Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Data Management And Reliability Principles, Including Data Warehousing, Etl Processes, And Data Quality.
Proven Experience With Cloud-Based Data Platforms Such As Aws, Azure, Or Google Cloud.
Excellent Problem-Solving And Troubleshooting Skills, With The Ability To Quickly Identify And Resolve Complex Data Issues.
