As a Senior Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving strategic decision-making and operational efficiency across our global studios.   1. Conduct data analysis to support strategic decision-making for the global studios.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key business priorities and develop data-driven solutions.
  3. Manage and analyze large sets of data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
  4. Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to track key performance indicators and monitor studio operations.
  5. Provide recommendations and insights based on data analysis to drive operational efficiency and improve business outcomes.
  6. Lead projects and initiatives related to studio operations, including developing project plans, tracking progress, and communicating updates to stakeholders.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor analysis, and market conditions to inform decision-making.
  8. Prepare and present reports and presentations to senior management and other stakeholders.
  9. Mentor and coach junior analysts to develop their skills and contribute to the team's success.
  10. Collaborate with other departments, such as finance and marketing, to support business goals and objectives.
  11. Identify and implement process improvements to streamline workflows and increase efficiency.
  12. Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
  13. Proactively identify and address potential issues or risks that may impact studio operations.
  14. Represent the company and its values in a professional and positive manner.
  15. Continuously seek opportunities to learn and grow within the role and the company.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Similar Role Within The Gaming Or Entertainment Industry.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or A Related Field.
