  1. Oversee the entire development process of a new game from concept to launch.
  2. Collaborate with developers, designers, and stakeholders to set and achieve project goals.
  3. Create and manage production schedules, ensuring deadlines are met and resources are allocated effectively.
  4. Provide guidance and direction to cross-functional teams, including artists, programmers, and designers.
  5. Conduct regular team meetings to communicate project updates, address any issues, and gather feedback.
  6. Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or roadblocks, taking proactive measures to mitigate them.
  7. Work closely with design and development teams to ensure game mechanics and features are executed to the highest quality.

  10. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in game development and production processes.

  13. Ensure all project documentation is up-to-date and accessible for team members.
  14. Continuously evaluate and improve production processes to increase efficiency and quality of work.
  15. Act as a liaison between different departments to ensure smooth communication and coordination.
