We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager of Enterprise Applications to join our Finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing the development, implementation, and maintenance of enterprise applications in support of our finance operations. We are looking for a dynamic individual with a strong background in finance and technology, as well as exceptional leadership and project management skills.   1. Lead the development and implementation of enterprise applications to support finance operations, ensuring they are in line with company objectives and strategies.
  2. Manage the maintenance and upgrades of existing enterprise applications, ensuring they are running smoothly and meeting the needs of the finance team.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, IT, and business stakeholders, to identify and prioritize project requirements.
  4. Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets for enterprise application initiatives, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
  5. Monitor and track project progress, identifying and addressing any issues or roadblocks that may arise.
  6. Provide guidance and support to the finance team on the use of enterprise applications and troubleshoot any technical issues.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in enterprise application management to continuously improve processes and systems.
  8. Train and mentor team members to ensure a high level of knowledge and proficiency in using enterprise applications.
  9. Oversee the integration of new applications with existing systems and processes, ensuring seamless functionality.
  10. Collaborate with external vendors and partners to procure and implement new enterprise applications as needed.
  11. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and security protocols for all enterprise applications.
  12. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the team, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Managing And Implementing Enterprise Applications, Preferably In The Finance Department.

  • Strong Understanding Of Financial Processes And Systems, Such As Sap, Oracle, And Hyperion.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading Cross-Functional Teams And Managing Large-Scale Projects.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Different Stakeholders And Departments.
