Oversee the implementation and maintenance of Workday, ensuring that it meets the needs of our global organization.
Serve as the subject matter expert on Workday, providing guidance and support to the HR team and other stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and system enhancements.
Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets for Workday initiatives.
Train and mentor team members on Workday functionality and best practices.
Stay current on industry trends and updates to ensure Workday is being utilized to its full potential.
Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to Workday, working closely with IT and vendor support as needed.
Act as a liaison between HR and other departments to ensure seamless integration of Workday with other systems.
Identify and analyze data to provide insights and recommendations for optimizing Workday processes and workflows.
Continuously evaluate and improve the user experience for Workday, ensuring it remains efficient and user-friendly for all employees.
Collaborate with external partners and vendors to integrate new systems and technologies with Workday.
Lead and mentor a team of People Technology Analysts, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities.
Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders across the organization.
Maintain a high level of confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with discretion.
Proactively identify and communicate potential risks and issues related to Workday and develop solutions to mitigate them.

Job Qualifications

Extensive Experience With Workday: The Lead People Technology Analyst Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Workday And Its Modules, Including Hcm, Payroll, Recruiting, And Talent Management. They Should Also Have Experience Implementing And Maintaining Workday Within A Large Organization.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills: As A Lead People Technology Analyst, The Individual Will Be Responsible For Identifying And Resolving Complex Issues Within The Workday System. This Requires Strong Analytical Skills, Attention To Detail, And The Ability To Think Critically To Find Solutions.
Leadership And Project Management Experience: The Lead People Technology Analyst Will Be Leading A Team Of Technology Analysts And Working On Multiple Projects Simultaneously. Therefore, They Should Have Experience In Project Management And Leadership To Effectively Manage Resources And Deliver Projects On Time.
Knowledge Of Hr Processes And Regulations: The Lead People Technology Analyst Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Hr Processes And Regulations, Particularly In Areas Such As Compliance, Data Privacy, And Payroll. This Knowledge Is Essential In Ensuring The Workday System Is Configured And Maintained In Accordance With Industry Standards And Legal Requirements.
Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills: The Lead People Technology Analyst Will Be Working Closely With Various Stakeholders, Including Hr Professionals, It Teams, And Senior Leadership.
