  1. Provide technical support to employees: The IT Support Engineer will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues faced by employees related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.
  2. Ensure smooth operation of IT systems: The IT Support Engineer will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining the company's IT systems to ensure they are running smoothly and efficiently.
  3. Install and configure IT equipment: The IT Support Engineer will be responsible for setting up and configuring new hardware and software for employees, as well as ensuring proper installation and maintenance of all IT equipment.
  4. Troubleshoot system and network issues: The IT Support Engineer will be responsible for quickly identifying and resolving any system or network issues, as well as implementing preventive measures to avoid future problems.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In A Technical Support Role, Preferably In The Gaming Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge And Experience With Operating Systems, Network Infrastructure, And Hardware Troubleshooting.

  • Excellent Communication And Customer Service Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Technical Information To Non-Technical Users.

  • Certifications Such As Comptia A+, Network+, Or Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (Mcsa) Are Preferred.
