Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the implementation and maintenance of secure IAM solutions.
Develop and maintain IAM policies, procedures, and standards in accordance with industry best practices.
Design, implement, and maintain Sailpoint identity and access management solutions to meet business needs.
Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify and mitigate potential security risks.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex IAM issues in a timely manner.
Work with stakeholders to define and implement role-based access controls.
Perform regular system upgrades and stay current on new IAM technologies and industry trends.
Train and educate team members on IAM processes and procedures.
Participate in on-call rotation for system support and incident response.
Collaborate with external vendors and partners to ensure effective IAM integration.
Monitor and analyze system performance and make recommendations for improvement.
Participate in security incident response and follow established protocols.
Continuously evaluate and improve IAM processes and procedures.
Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to provide updates and recommendations.
Maintain accurate documentation of IAM systems and processes.

Job Qualifications

Strong Understanding Of Identity And Access Management (Iam) Principles And Best Practices.
Experience With Sailpoint Identityiq And/Or Identitynow, Including Implementation, Customization, And Administration.
Knowledge Of Federated Identity Management Protocols, Such As Saml, Oauth, And Openid Connect.
Familiarity With Role-Based Access Control (Rbac) And Privileged Access Management (Pam) Concepts.
Ability To Design And Implement Iam Solutions That Meet Business Requirements And Compliance Standards, Such As Sox And Gdpr.
