- Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and retention of employees to ensure a diverse and talented workforce.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including performance management, employee relations, and compliance.
- Conduct regular training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with senior management to identify and address any HR-related issues or concerns.
- Maintain and update employee records and ensure compliance with all legal requirements.
- Manage employee benefits and compensation programs, including salary reviews and bonus structures.
- Develop and maintain a positive and inclusive work culture that promotes employee engagement and fosters a sense of community within the organization.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in HR to continuously improve processes and procedures.
- Lead and mentor a team of HR professionals to ensure the successful execution of HR initiatives.
- Act as a liaison between employees and management to facilitate effective communication and conflict resolution.
- Conduct regular employee surveys and use data to identify areas for improvement and implement action plans accordingly.
- Participate in the development and execution of diversity and inclusion initiatives.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Represent the company in a positive and professional manner at all times.
- Collaborate with other departments to support cross-functional initiatives and projects.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations related to employment.
- Prepare and present HR reports to senior management as needed.
- Continuously evaluate and improve HR processes and procedures to streamline operations and enhance the employee experience.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to ensure the company remains competitive in the job market.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Human Resources, Preferably In The Gaming Or Entertainment Industry.
Extensive Knowledge And Understanding Of Hr Policies, Procedures, And Employment Laws.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate And Influence At All Levels Of The Organization.
Proven Experience In Talent Acquisition, Employee Development, Performance Management, And Employee Relations.
