Job Description

At Activision Blizzard, we are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Employee Relations Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker who has a passion for developing and maintaining positive employee relations. The successful candidate should possess the knowledge and experience necessary to drive effective employee relations initiatives, the ability to think proactively about potential employee relations issues, and a strong commitment to collaborate with the HR team and other stakeholders.The Employee Relations Advisor should have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field and at least 5 years of progressive experience in employee relations, labor relations, or a related field. A Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred. Additionally, the ideal candidate must have a thorough understanding of labor and employment laws, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work with all levels of the organization.The successful candidate will be a team player who is able to work in a fast-paced environment and is committed to providing exceptional customer service. The Employee Relations Advisor will be expected to demonstrate an enthusiasm for problem solving and a passion for building strong relationships with fellow team members.
