Activision Blizzard is seeking an Associate Manager for our AV Events team to help bring our exciting events to life. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in planning, coordinating, and executing AV events for our games and brand. If you have experience in event management, a strong attention to detail, and a love for all things gaming, we want to hear from you!

Plan and coordinate all aspects of AV events for Activision Blizzard, including but not limited to trade shows, conventions, launch events, and fan events.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of events, including marketing, PR, game development, and external partners.
Develop event timelines, budgets, and project plans to ensure all deadlines are met.
Source and manage vendors for event production, including audio/visual, catering, and decor.
Create and maintain event budgets, including tracking expenses and providing regular updates to management.
Collaborate with the creative team to develop event themes, branding, and marketing materials.
Oversee event logistics, including venue selection, travel arrangements, and on-site setup.
Manage event registration and communication with attendees, including providing event details and handling any inquiries.
Conduct post-event evaluations and provide recommendations for future events.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in event management to continuously improve the event experience for attendees.
Maintain strong relationships with event partners, sponsors, and vendors.
Ensure all events are executed within company guidelines and standards.

Job Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree In Event Planning, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Event Management, Preferably In The Gaming Or Entertainment Industry.
Strong Organizational And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Handle Multiple Tasks And Prioritize Effectively.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work With Cross-Functional Teams And External Vendors.
Knowledge And Understanding Of Av Technology, Equipment, And Production Processes.
