We are looking for a highly-motivated, organized, and creative Associate Director of Ad Operations to join the Activision Blizzard team and lead our Ad Operations strategy. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our Ad Operations to ensure maximum efficiency, ROI, and effectiveness. We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about the gaming industry, has a strong analytical background, and can think outside the box.The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Ad Operations, a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, and a deep understanding of gaming and digital advertising. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, and the capacity to think strategically and drive innovation.
