Health Services Researcher

Task leadership for technical components of a health services research project (e.g., survey, qualitative data, electronic health record data) or mixed-methods evaluation of the effect of interventions, models or programs in various health care settings. Support business development efforts to identify new markets and sales opportunities while maintaining current clients; engage in sales and proposal efforts in accordance with the Division's business development plan. Candidates assume a leadership role in business development by providing technical expertise. Establish and implement policies and protocols to carry out research and provide technical guidance to less senior staff through application of advanced techniques, concepts, and methods related to health services research, mixed-methods research or implementation science. Direct and serve as the subject-matter expert in the preparation of reports, findings and manuscripts for publication with responsibility as a senior technical writer. Serve as the primary reviewer of the analytical and technical writing of less senior staff. Engage in continued learning to advance your methodological and analytics skills and toolbox.
