We are seeking a highly organized, self-starter with strong communication and problem solving skills to ensure ABB’s compliance with applicable US labor laws, labor contracts, and employment policies.The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5+ years of experience in a related field, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field. Knowledge and hands-on experience with labor laws, labor contracts, and employment policies, along with excellent project management and problem-solving skills are essential. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and collaboratively solve some of our most complex compliance challenges. You will be a key team member in ensuring ABB is compliant with labor laws, labor contracts, and employment policies.
