- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align thought leadership and social media strategies with overall business objectives.
- Proactively identify opportunities for thought leadership and social media partnerships to expand ABB's reach and impact.
- Serve as a brand ambassador, ensuring all communication aligns with ABB's brand voice and guidelines.
- Train and support team members on best practices for thought leadership and social media communications.
- Monitor and respond to social media conversations and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Continuously evaluate and recommend new tools and technologies to enhance ABB's thought leadership and social media efforts.
A Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Thought Leadership And Social Media Management, Preferably In A B2B Environment.
Proven Track Record Of Developing And Implementing Successful Thought Leadership And Social Media Strategies.
Strong Understanding Of Social Media Platforms And Analytics, With The Ability To Use Data To Inform Decision Making.
Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Complex Ideas And Concepts To A Diverse Audience.
