Job Description

Assist customers, sales agents and end users in proper selection and application of ABB Installation Products. Provide product training to others on features, benefits and application of products. Work with product and marketing groups to promote an enhance ABB Installation Products. Develop and provide customized documentation as required by users and customers. Read and interoperate general engineering data such as sales drawings, manufacturing drawings, bill of materials as well as electrical codes and standards. Enhance sales of ABB Installation Products by recommending associated products to user. Interface with numerous other groups such as engineering, plant operations, marketing and sales. Responsible for providing technical application information and assistance, including training, to customers, sales agents and end users.

Job Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of experience in manufacturing, distribution or customer service function

  • At least 2 years of experience using Microsoft Office Applications in business setting.

  • At least one year experience working in a fast-paced environment dealing with high volume of phone calls, e-mails and e-messaging.

  • At least two years of experience in a position that requires good problem solving ability.
